Dee Montgomery
Leasing Agent

From a young age, Dee has been deeply immersed in the real estate world, accompanying her mother to showings and open houses, fostering a lifelong passion for the industry. Achieving her leasing license in 2017 was a significant milestone, and she is currently dedicated to acquiring her broker's license. Dee aspires to specialize in luxury real estate, initially focusing on Chicago and expanding to vibrant markets like Miami and Los Angeles. Her vision also encompasses a keen interest in property flipping and investment.

Currently serving as a publicist in the hospitality industry, Dee collaborates with top-tier Chicago restaurants and establishments nationwide. As a liaison between clients and the media, she adeptly utilizes her remarkable communication skills to cultivate enduring relationships between brands and the media. Her expertise lies in rendering brands newsworthy, whether through compelling media pitches or strategic influencer partnerships.

Armed with a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications, Dee brings a wealth of experience in executing vibrant marketing campaigns and managing multifaceted projects and partnerships. Lyndon Marcel Wells
Maintenance and Quality Control Supervisor

Lyndon Marcel Wells is a strong and driven Manager/ Supervisor with 20+ years of customer service experience. Marcel began working with Full Circle Realty and Property Management as the CHA coordinator, and his position has evolved to become the Maintenance and Quality Control Supervisor, having a hand in many of the day-to-day operations of FCRPM.

Marcel is a Customer Service superstar with a background in the construction industry, so he can be involved with the training of maintenance staff and be a valuable part of customer relations. Marcel has become excited and motivated about the Real Estate industry, so much so that he is attending broker school.

Marcel is also an author, shopping one of many completed fiction novels. Marcel exhibits tireless energy in pursuing his dreams and constantly engages in learning and understanding new concepts, and excelling in all he endeavors to do.
